The Final Report was presented to the Minister for Environment, Stewart Stevenson, MSP, by Lord Lindsay on 14 July 2011 and the Minister kindly agreed to provide a Foreword to the Report. The final versions of the full report, and the Summary and Supplementary Reports are now available to download.
