Working for Waders is bringing people together to help address the decline of breeding waders in Scotland.  It is building on the principles of collaboration and co-production established by the Understanding Predation project.

 

Action Group Briefs

The Action Group Briefs below have been drafted to give some outline details on the purpose of each of three Action Groups.  The Groups will be formed from volunteers who are asked to put their names forward by Wednesday 25th October.

 

Working for Waders Initiative (2017) - Collaboration & Cooperation in Action: Summary of Stakeholder Workshops

This Report reflects the discussions, ideas and challenges raised at two workshops held in May 2017 to develop collaborative ideas to reverse the decline in wader populations.  It also sets out next steps building on the workshop discussions. 

 

Working for Waders Initiatives - how you can help.

To help set the context for the development of a programme of action it is important to establish not only where action is already being taken on the ground for waders but also where such action is currently in the planning stages.  Please provide some brief details on initiatives that are already up and running or currently being developed by completing this template.
